Quick Root Beer
Recipe by Stan Judd (My cousin)
Mix 1 bottle of root beer extract,
5 pounds sugar,
and water,
to make 5 gallons.
Stir as you add water to dissolve sugar.
Add 5 pounds dry ice
and cover loosely.
Make sure you leave water down in the container to allow for bubbling.
Let stand for at least 1/2 hour to and hour before serving.
This is so easy and tastes great!
