Fruit Pizza

Crust:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
Beat well

Add:
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix and press on 13 x 9 x 2 cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Filling:
16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
Mix and spread on cooled crust.

Topping:
2 large cans of pineapple tidbits
2-6 sliced kiwi
1 quart strawberries
2 small cans mandarin oranges

Put fruit on pizza just before serving so crust doesn't get soggy.
Any fruit can be substituted like blueberries or raspberries.
