1 tube (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough
1 C. sauerkraut (well-drained)
1 T. Thousand Island salad dressing
4 slices of corned beef - halved
4 slices of swiss cheese - halved
Roll dough into a 12” by 9” rectangle. Cut into 8 3” x 4 1/2” rectangles. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing. Place a slice of beef on each rectangle. Top with about 2 Tbs. Of the sauerkraut mixture and a slice of cheese. Roll up. Place with seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes or until golden.
